AM:  10 easy treadmill miles.

PM:  8 easy treadmill miles. Hamstring, hip, and upper body weights.  My legs were quite sore after my workout Monday. They're finally coming around. Too much treadmill, but I'm just being careful with the slick roads. Also, my lungs feel the best they've felt in 2 months. Not 100%, but really improving. My lungs have had issues for over 2 months. I completed another course of antibiotics and a brief course of prednisone. I have asthma, and I'm guessing it's related to that, and that perhaps the inversion affected me more than I'd like to admit. Regardless, it feels like I'm on the mend, which is sure making running feel better.

Glad you can finally breathe again!

Thanks Andrea. Breathing is over-rated! :) It is amazing how much of a difference it makes.

Nice miles today, and great workout Monday! Good luck with the breathing. Looks like you're coming around.

2 in a row!?! Good news on the lungs. Great work!

Another big day. Nice work. How are those treadmill miles affecting your electric bill? I have always wondered how much energy they use and since 24 Hour pays my bill I wouldn't know. Of course it's worth it if it helps the lungs and prevents ice injuries.

It's likely a benefit for your lungs having the inversion gone too. Glad you're feeling better Matt.

Fritz, I'm not sure how the treadmill affects my electric bill. Relatively speaking, I don't do treadmill all that often, and when I do I do about half my treadmill workouts at home and half at the local rec center. I haven't noticed a large bump in my electric bill, but I'll have to pay closer attention.
