Great mileage this week with some strong workouts! You put some fear in people with weeks like this. When are you racing next?

Its a good conference when you can double.

From Matt Poulsen on Sat, Jun 29, 2013 at 18:40:10 from 38.100.125.2

Thanks, Trevor. I may race the Hobbler 1/2. How about you?

I'll say, Jake! Definitely not possible every time. It was an all-day conference, but I snuck in a double at the end. I decided not to brave the streets of Chicago (didn't have time to find a safe place to run).

Yeah unless you are right on the lake with all the bikepaths that run along there, its probably not easy to find a place to run when you don't know the city very well.

Double on a work trip! You keep raising the bar. Great job this week.

Hobbler could be cool, not sure my legs are up for a half but who knows... i'll just take it day by day and see where I end up. I'd like to get in a 4th of July race if I can hack it. We'll see. Thanks again for the support with everything.

Thanks guys.

Trevor: yeah, I would have loved to do a July 4th race, but I'll be out of town. Oh well. Have fun picking one to do!
