We stopped in AF and said no way. It was a little better in Riverton. Glad to see you got in some running miles today.

From Bam on Sat, Mar 09, 2013 at 14:24:45 from 89.126.28.24

Good to see you back out running. How's the hammy?

From Matt Poulsen on Sat, Mar 09, 2013 at 14:35:38 from 98.202.242.213

Still not good, Bam. I'm trying everything. Decided to run a bit to test it.

From Bam on Sat, Mar 09, 2013 at 14:42:53 from 89.126.28.24

Sorry about that. Just go easy on it and don't risk doing any more damage or hurting another part of your body.

From Matt Poulsen on Sat, Mar 09, 2013 at 14:47:51 from 98.202.242.213

Thanks Bam!

Bummer on the hammy. Good advice from Bam though. Weird it was so windy down there, it was crazy beautiful running weather up here this morning.

You picked the wrong day for a run!

Sorry about the hammy. Hang in there.

From Matt Schreiber on Wed, Mar 13, 2013 at 21:31:37 from 66.17.102.185

Sorry 'bout the hamstring. Hopefully it gets worked out soon. Way to brave the wind today.

From Bam on Mon, Mar 18, 2013 at 06:09:36 from 89.126.28.24

Doctor, Doctor, I think I'm invisible.

Next please.

The old ones are the best ones.

Hope the hammy's healing!

Nice one, Bam!

Yeah, I wish I could say my hamstring is improving. But, it is no better. Very frustrating. I'm trying everything. Oh well, some day...

You are definitely the resident expert on the forum here - but for what it's worth I ran on a mildly strained hamstring for several months last year. It flared up after speed workouts (of course), but I never felt like it affected me negatively or created other problems so I kept at it. It finally stopped bothering me after 9 months - I still don't know why or what finally made it go away. You are smart - just do what you think is best! Good luck.

I hope you're starting to feel better Matt.
