15 miles in Orem and Provo with Scott, Mike, Chris, Calvin, and Ty.  After 10-mile warm-up, did 4 mile tempo in 5:24 average (5:19, 5:20, 5:26, 5:29 -- same effort for each mile, just different terrain). Nothing fancy -- just getting the heart beating.

I'm guessing from the way you've been running this week, you're not all that fatigued... how's the body holding up structurally (ie. hamstring)?

From Fritz on Sat, Oct 12, 2013 at 13:04:36 from 71.219.147.37

that run would have been fancy for me. nice miles this week.

Thanks. Jake: my legs were thrashed for a few days. But, yes, I'm not all that fatigued now. My legs are heavy, and I'm sure it will be several weeks before I'm fully recovered, but things are progressing. My hamstring appears to be Ok. I was really worried it was injured. Thankfully, it calmed down. I do have a couple tweeks I need to watch closely, but these are things that never make the blog (you know what I mean); I don't mention ~95% of such things.

80 miles this week?! Looks like you've got another race in your sites (?).

From Matt Poulsen on Sat, Oct 12, 2013 at 14:16:38 from 174.52.216.185

No race in the sites yet, Justin, but I'll figure something out.

Cool. Ditto to Riley's comment. We now have 4. 5 sounds better.

From Fritz on Sat, Oct 12, 2013 at 15:04:37 from 74.82.68.145

Ok I can't count. We have 5 (allie, jake, nate, riley and me).
