10 miles from Scott's home with Spencer, Mike, Jeff, Scott, Reed, and Chris. After a 4 mile warm-up, I attempted a tempo run. I could never get a rythm going because I had major GI issues. I had to make 3 pit stops during the tempo (definitely not like me). After the 3rd pit stop, I called it quits with respect to the tempo. And, I barely finished the run before I had to make another pit stop. Rough run. Kept a good effort during the tempo, but it was definitely not fun. Oh well, sometimes you have runs like that. They make you appreciate the good ones.

Three stops? We've all been there before! Ok, maybe not all of us, but I certainly have been. Definitely not fun. But looks like you still got four quality miles logged out of it, so not all was lost.
