TRACK WORKOUT: LEHI HIGH SCHOOL
Solo track session. Chad was kind enough to join me, even though he did 10 easy miles. Chad is definitely a class act!
After warming-up 5 miles, did 3 x 1600m repeats (with 800m jog between intervals). Moderately windy. Splits: 5:00, 5:00, 4:54. Just felt average today (not bad, not great), which is not surprising: I think I still have Saturday's run in my legs.
